Does this have to be at the same gig Mike ? I'm not much younger than the band and I'm of the whizz now....
I'll do a bit to Crystal, then I'll meet you all next to the mixin desk after the show
I think the days of lookin after peoples coats are upon me
Aftershow parties however are where this old NOOL fits in nicely.
Think they'll have a nice glass of stout or a stiff Pimms on the rider ?
I am 41, and getting fit, so I can revisit my youth down the front.
The diet is Stella, then run it off the next day
Well if youcan handle such a punishing regime , I feel I should at least give it a go. Y'know camaraderie, Dunkirk spirit, that kind of thing. Though it has to be said I was like an asthmatic pit pony after the Olympia gig, remember at five feet five inches, I have to jump higher than most
Having never been to a NO show :( I gotta base my list on the boots and vids:
Temptation Sunrise Ceremony Regret True Faith

Gary, I too was Knackered at The Olympia, it was hard work wasn't it?
I did most of the all the UK dates after that and it made me realise how unfit I and they (new Order ) where, hence my fitness campaign
See yer down the front Gary
Regret Let's Go Ceremony Age of Consent Temptation
And a great new picture for the avatar Mike. Got a collection?
Going from memories of two shows, the DVDs and videos, plus an occasional knocking the dust off the walls around the house.........
Ceremony
Love Vigilantes
Temptation

al..check out the first 4 songs from the sheff uni..( octagon )..gig in 85. i think you might have liked that one;)
i tend to agree with your choice.
the memories from the actual gig are them steaming through those first 4 songs with very little audience banter or gap between song. i was fit and strong then and didnt really care about the pain i was in.
if i went now i would ensure i was either at the back or secured in a nice comfy seat:(

As ever , my recently be-knighted friend , your on-line singin has no equal. In tribute therefore, Louie Louie, the Motorhead version, shall find itself the track of choice to rouse me from slumber tomorrow, on Mrs garymacs new cd player/alarm. Mrs garymac also suggests that should you get together with a few fellow knights, Ikea do a fairly cheap round table, she further adds that in matters table, seek not the advice of one Tony Wilson , she feels trouble will ensue. Oh and Beeswax is good for polishin and makin the table smell nice, however dont put hot drinks on it, use a coaster.... A Cure cd should suffice :D
