Told Mrs. Twist that we were flying to the UK to catch a few gigs if and when NO tours again. This may be their last.

They will be done, of course, if they play any that is.

Doubt I will be able to afford every gig. But I have plans to go see them in Europe THIS time! If they do the same as the last wee tour, I'd probably keep to the same routine of catching them on the last night at each venue. Although, if they were gonna put on a different set-list I'd sell ma Granny to make every gig:D

Just hope they hurry up and let us know if they are planning a tour and give me a chance to save some pennies. It'll be great meeting up with everyone on here again, saying that, there's gonna be quite a few of us at the up and coming Kraftwerk gigs, it'd be nice if that was a warm up gig for the Order;)

I agree Shug, we want a different set list each night - UP DOWN TURN AROUND

Or at least the same songs in a different order, can't be to difficult to program the auto cue can it?

I have wet dreams about Juliette :love2:

Do you still need some burning software?

Don't need any burning software - cheers for the offer, DoN sent me Nero, and I've been saving all my rare New Order / JD stuff to wav files all week.

Hardly any space on this bastard computer now, DoN phoned yesterday and said it would be better saving them as MP3's cos they use half the space as wav files, to say I was pissed aff, would be understatement of the year:mad:

I'd be up for a few dates, both sides of the irish sea. I should get a driving license and hire a big van and jsut bung everyone in...

having not seen them live before (I hang my head in shame) I'm definitely going to be there this time 'round. probably last chance I'll ever get. Unfortunately, it'll only be one or two at the most (kids being the main problem). London and Brussels would be nice :thumb:

you'll have plenty of time to save up, recording this album will be this year's activity, touring maybe next year's

Liggin time North of England North of Hadrians wall. The village of London The bit in the middle, that thinks its the second city. And at least one Euro date if its on a Liverpool Easyjet route. Accomadation may be offered to housetrained NOOLs for the Manchester date, this offer subject to doctors note, release papers etc. However , Mrs garymac says, that she'll put the Kettle on if you've come a long way ... Oh and no Vegans, she's not cookin twice

You'll be lucky if they do Sheffield mate. The last time they played there they were still producing steel! Manchester, London and Glasgow. That's ur lot.

Still, in the Leadmill, they have the best venue in Britain for a warm up. And it's far away enough from M/CR to keep the guest list down. Mind you they said tha about the Olympia, and that didn't work :D

The Leadmill is smaller than the Olympia. It would burst it's banks! I reckon a good homecoming warm up at the Manchester Academy - what a venue and what a gig that would be!? Down the front - let's see Bernard's stomach wobble.

I reckon I'd like to see the order in Scotland...

but I figure London is

  1. a safer bet
  2. and sure to draw more onliners....

The Order in Scotland, agreed but not in a field,or if in a field one without midges ( dont know if thy have midges in any other territory, the Scots seem to have a monopoly, anyway nasty little biting things ... in a swarm ).

Starting to look like Technique all over again. They played only one UK gig in 88.
