Funny.. time flies by, I realize that I have mostly no idea of what the "habitués" (or should I say OnLiners) do for living around here...

Maybe it's because I'm lazy and don't check your profile card.. but I'm kind of curious. I have my ideas from pieces of messages everywhere, but...

Who are you? :D

I'm a Satellite Integration and Test Engineer.

In other words, I build spaceships.

Buster, that video clip is one of the funniest things I have seen even with my own basic knowledge of French. What on earth is that dance thing? F'kin hilarious Huntsy, Muffy et al...you must see this clip

Thanks Seb...

Someone noticed there was some kind of 'Ghost Dog' feel to it.

And yes, it's totally crazy and it's really great to be paid to do such things...

Well, the dance thing, anyway, is a silly pissed off thing.

One year and a half ago, I started a diary, based on true facts and others that are utter lies.

(In the beginning, my girlfriend was Winona Ryder...).

I created a character which is pretetiois but quite ridiculous in the end, hence the dance thing....

Sorry, I just can't get that dancing image out of my head...

Buster, after seeing your video diary I have no doubt that you MUST persevere with this project, developing this fantasy life into a full length feature film. You have the essence of another Belgian cult classic on your hands in the same mould as Man Bites Dog, the outrageous Belgian black comedy which won at the 1992 Cannes Film Festival. You have a natural grace in front of the camera, it loves you! Go for it Klumpy, and more dancing, please! :smoking:

Muffy is it not one of the funniest things you've ever seen?

I work freelance producing drawings and designs for the Construction Industry.... This line of work has had me working in Austria and Belgium, as well as mainly Manchester in UK... Klompy does indeed live in a lovely country, i hope to re-visit there again soon, maybe next summer.

Thanks, guys !

I never thought this could appeal to non french speaking persons...

I'll have to give your idea some thinking, muffy...

In which city did you work in Belgium, Hooky Monster ? And if in Brussels, which part ?

Glad you liked it, by the way...

I worked in the lovely cities of Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Namur, and Liege. I thought Antwerp and Ghent were by far the most friendly cities there, or maybe it's cos the summer festivals were on whilst i was there. In Brussels I worked in an area called Evere, just off the main road to the Airport. I lived in a lovely cool flat on Avenue Louise, overlooking where the prostitutes used to do their business. I also lived in a flat near the EC Buildings, but it was a bit grim round there with not much to do

Amazing film indeed.

And Benopit Poelvoorde, who plays the killer, is totally crazy.

Well, HM, I work in Antwerp and, to go to work, I take the route to the Airport (Boulevard Leopold III) going through Evere...

I Haven't Muffy. I'm an ignorant fucker when it comes to films, and Television in general to be honest. But if its anything like Busters show I may seek it out. Absoloutely mental!

Cool, as you drive towards the airport and just before you get to UN Buildings on the right, I used to work in the Ericsson buildings on the left hand side

Yeah, I see the Ericsson building. Funny...

Yes indeed! I have it on DVD, i've showed it to a few friends, some of whom thought it was over the top and not funny at all but they just missed the point. :smoking:

In some ways, I'm surprises at how well 'Man Bites Dog' ('C'est arrivé près de chez vous' is the original title) outside Belgium cos it's really very Belgian wicked humour.

In response to the original question-If youre in the UK go to ITV or Channel4, press the text button or alternatively Teletext Website. I show people how to do that.

Seb, I hate TV, except for nature programs and documentaries, which is why I like 'Man Bites Dog', it's a spoof documentary. I'm not by any means an expert on films or anything else for that matter, but I like a laugh and this film is funny, rent it and see. :smoking:

Well, every time he does a radio or a tv show, he completely steals the show.

He's mad as fuck and regularly scares the presenters who fear problems with their chiefs afterwards...

I may just do that Muffy. I also only like nature programs especially about Bears and Big nasty animals. Other than footy and Cricket (Which I know you also appreciate) I watch nothing else.
