don't get me wrong, I still believe the late 2004/early 2005 date is more realistic.

With the amount of side-project Hooky is doing these days, unless they were indeed in studio last year, I can't see it happening...

Where is Jonathan Scott when you need him :D

But they were in the studio, werent they? This website reported that Hooky went on Radio one and said he was going into the studio "next week" to record the new album? I cant remember when this was but it was definitley reported.

You'll probably still find out that Pause 'N' Play got the info from this site! ;)

Anyhow, never believe record release dates at the moment - add at least 6 months-1 year on top of them, and then double it!! :evil4:

l8rs,

Nick :)

Actually, this does raise a valid point. On several occasions in the past, people have assumed that this is the band's Official site (German Get Ready ?), and many people automatically assume that if something appears on here it is 100% true, regardless of where it appears (i.e. stuff in the forum is taken as being as true as official announcements etc). People read this site, see something and quote it on their site, it is then found by one of the readers here and fed back to the site, becoming more "official" at each turn as the rumour gathers apparent substantiation.

Is the time now ready to have a separate forum whereby people can post rumours etc, and to separate them from the facts or requests for information etc ? I personally don't think it is necessary, but it would be interesting to hear what people think.

Too many forums will just dilute the product Tim....

I'm not for that, the only forum I might give a try sooner or later is a "generic music" one... although it won't stop Trevor to talk about Yanni...

Well, Pause & Play now puts it as "2004" only.

So I guess they did take info from here

Sorry guys!

The BBC themselves believe it or not consider this as the "official site"

Well DoN, this is the premier Neworder site isn't it?

(One brief trip to the FAC441 forum the other day was enough to re-confirm this.)

Back on topic, I'll believe it when I can see, touch & hear it... and not a day before.
