Trying to find out about 'Regret' Video

I am trying to track down the Regret video. Does anyone know if it is available on DVD?

Bit of a wierd video, especially when the camera pans in on them all jsut playing on their own. If i remember correctly, steve looks really ill and annoyed.

There were some interesting and not so interesting facts about that video put up on the screen when it was originally aired on The Chart Show.

There one part that was Filmed in Austin, Texas where they filmed this classic hotel sign. I live near Austin, so me and my friends went down there and I had my picture taken right underneath it! I told my friends that that spot was in a New Order video but they acted like I was full BS and replied with a 'Oh, Really?'.

Gillian wasn't looking the best at that time either (just like she looks in the New Order Story and World video). That short hair really doesn't become her, and her eyebrows look shaved off and painted back on! Scary!
