Is this true Mike? are you having sexual relations with a giant floppy disk? Off to the Trisha show with you boy!:D
If Miss Binoche did a cover version he might be swayed, course it'd have to sound a lot less like BM.
Anyways Slippy, this Gillian obsession aint a blind to hide your true affection for ... STEVE , is it ? :D
Any suggestion that my interest in fathoms is linked to, ahem watersports, will be refuted
Slippy, lets get this Blue Monday thing straight.
I HATE IT, it ruined live gigs, and has been over exposed.
And as for Juliette vs Gillian - no contest, Juliette is a superb actress, where as Gillian is a giggling spare part.
In the 80's she needed a roadie just to help her load the Emulator with floppy's, it is a tough job though.
Garymac, pleaselook for some JB related material on your French trip

and TF isn't? It's still played on wank FM round here ![]()
I have just read that post on the buy/sell/trade forum where Mike gets a ticking off for incesant slagging of the BM ![]()
Why do people hate it so much? In its own right, it is a fantastic piece of work, innovative for its time and stands up to the test of time. All the classic NO hallmarks are in there, hookys bass, Barneys cold vocals and stately synths...So, ok, it's played to death, but do you not think it's not just a case of it being a bit too 'obvious' and not trendy enough for the NO 'ardcore' to admit to liking it?
