Possibly the funniest thing I've read since the last Leeds team sheet.

That is QUALITY. One Harry Jarvis, there's only one Harry Jarvis.......

There's a very interesting conversation between Tony Wilson and Peter Saville on the Double Disc version of 24 Hour Party People; under 'Peter Saville Gallery' or something similar. It's a really bizarre use of a high tech format like DVD - there are single (often badly cropped/presented) images of Saville's work - early Factory posters, JD and NO covers etc., which remain static on screen for up to 10 mins at a time whilst Tony and Peter prattle on about how they came into being, complete with anecdotes, disagreements etc. Excellent. Just a shame about the way the graphics are presented.

Yes i only watched this last week after owning the DVD for almost a year.At first i thought the colour on my TV had gone awol.Terribly presented and i thought the image had got stuck. It was most disconcerting. Some good points spoit by a lack of presentation from what,on this format, should have been EXCELLENT! I was quite miffed. ROCKET OF PLANET ROCKET.:thumb:

The gallery on 24HPP is a real disappointment-it was a golden opportunity to compile all their artwork together & talk about it,sayin how much input,if any the band have. It`d be interesting to know which ones they like & dislike.
