I've got the Qwest CD-single, so it must be the "I don't care Dub", ie "Bizarre Dub Triangle"...

It's basically an instrumental version of Bizarre Love Triangle... and a great way of conning you into buying a single thinking you have a great b-side! 
It is indeed Bizarre Dub Triangle. I don't really know the story of why it was renamed. Anybody?
It reminds me of playing music at parties. If I asked someone what they wanted to hear and they replied "I don't care", I would say "Oh, I have that", and break out the 12".
