Just wondered if their was any connection. Lesley (rob's wife) maiden name was Gilbert.

I thought so. I wasn't 100% sure, so I am guessing she left the band when Rob Gretton died.

Gillian has 'nominally' left New Order

Rob Gretton was their manager, and died 5 years ago

Gillian's sister was never a member of the band

Yeah I know who Rob Gretton is I used to know him by site but had no idea who he was my friends parents went to his funeral.
