Mr and Mrs Mickey Way will be in attendance for this one as well and should be arriving in Funchester sometime mid-afternoon on the Sunday. I will be bringing along a few mates as well.

Still trying to persuade Johnny Giles to come but he has a ticket for the cricket on the same day. Though we are going to see the Streets the evening before so I might be able to tempt him.

My tickets came yesterday so hopefully I should be going.

I just hope Hooky and Barnie do turn up as I would be quite disapointed though the Doves are well worth seeing. I did buy the tickets before I came across the New Order rumour.

ACR are worth seeing. They were great when i saw them last month. Hibster would testify but he was too pissed!

Consulted the financial advisor today, (bank balance) and i'll probably be forced to make an apperance later in the day. Will sort it out next week as soon as a meeting place and time is sorted.

My tickets for this came today (bit of a fiasco and they got delivered to the wrong address initially). Should be a really good night.

Touche !

Its sold out now , which is good news , from what I've been told SJM were reluctant to get involved initialy , so it's a good result for all concerned from the inital concept onwards ... faith rewarded etc. A venue with a colourful history, I believe Saturday nights are still known localy as ' Grab a Granny night ' ! Probably updated to MILF night amongst the newer punters .

Won't be there. And won't be missed either probably :bag:

The Ritz is a very cheesey venue I would normaly avoid it by the plague. But I some how doubt many people will be on the pull at a Rob Gretton memorial gig!

Some cheesy fuckers may attend the venue, but as a venue it's superb , some excellent gigs taken place there over the years too. Good acoustics, sprung dancefloor and 3 bars, not bad at all really

Yeah that what I was kind of getting at. I have no problems with the venue its just not my cup of tea on for their normal club nights.

When was the last time New Order played their was it 1981?
