looks like a good quality bootleg from the japanese laserdisc with the same title. there are no official newOrder video compilations available on DVD but plenty of boots can be found.

I purchased a similar one on Ebay awhile back...prolly the same one by the same bootlegger.

Not bad really...you do get everything alltogether and I still don't own a dvd burner so it was certainly worth the $17 I paid for it.
