they are doing australia and america next year though so hopefully we'll see some more gigs ... i can't understand why they've done such a limited tour of europe ..i'd have thought they might do more gigs like alexandra palace at x-mas. hoope so anyway

Anyway, what makes you think the Order would play a gig at christmas? Surely they will want to be with all their respective families over the festive period?
they palyed g-mex manchester and alexandra palace on the 29th and 31 st of decmber 1998. so why wouldn't they play at x-mas again. i don't know why everyone whose replied to my message has bee short or acted like a complete and utter twat .. i'd have thought that after years waiting people would be pressing for more gigs? especially snce a large scale us tour is on the cards..so fuck off you sarky cunt.

The Xmas gigs in 98 were advertised 4 months in advance. It's a bit late now, for this year. Probably.
If you can't understand why they've done such a limited tour of Europe, perhaps you shouldn't be posting here. Two words, first starts with B, second starts with S. He doesn't like gigging, you know.
Not sure where the American thing comes from, there's no news of that. And, as far as I'm aware, the Australian thing isn't even confirmed yet, is it? Although I'm sure there's contractual stuff which means it should go ahead.

Hooky said on Virgin radio they would tour again in the UK in the spring. Although he did add that Barney doesn't really want to tour again.... ever.

Love the quote from Barney. Too true, unfortunately. Shame, cos he does seem to be pleased that people still follow them, whereas Hooky just takes the p*ss and likes to give you the impression you're far more of a pain than a pleasure..
