it seems DJ Medusa is the first to get her cds. I guess because she live close to Baltimore :)
I wonder if you know how long such things take to get accross the pond? I suppose if you're in Baltimore that's good, it'll spend less time in the US internal post :-) Mind you, thank $DEITY that I live in Northern Ireland and not the republic. I once sent 2 cd's one to Co. Cavan ( bout 80-100miles) and one to tenessee. Gues one got there first!!!

They should be in the UK within a week. THat is what the post lady told me
We took a copy of Community to WWVU FM the WVU college radio station (George dj'd there and still is good friends with the General Manager... ) Not that I'm an REM fan really, but WWVU was one of the first to break them into the college intellect back in their early days, so they have a good reputation as far as a college station goes... Hopefully, we'll get some air time, and maybe get into the lists as a station "favorite?" Who knows?? We could get reported to CMJ or something. You never know!
Thanks Rachel!
I'm glad your cds arrived safely. I really appreciate the work you guys put in for this project! :D

Actually, most of us are tunesmiths anyway, so really it was a piece of piss for most if us ( though I'm sure there were some for whom this was there first musical effort, and big respect and kudos to em)...... YOU guys on the other hand.....ever done a major international talent contest before? or squared up to music copyright law, or indeed conceived, guided, organised and released (on time!!!!!) a major tribute album involving dozens of artists from every line of latitude and longitude on the globe ( not going to fall for the "earth has corners" flame :) ).....nope?...and yet you managed to get this all right on the first time.
I say, you should stop blowing sunshine up all our arses and take the time to pat yourself on the back.
THREE CHEERS FOR THE NOOL POSSE!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Hum... but we do have one error on the final product though :p
Nobody's perfect, I won't tell you what it is, you'll find out sooner or later... ;)

:( I'll be more careful next time ....
Just got home Micheal, and guess what was waiting for me in the mailbox?
The packaging is indeed very well done, love the retroforward logo as well. Gonna crack open a couple of cold ones in a few minutes to enjoy the fruits of labor from all concerned. Well done again on this project:) ![]()
