Brazilian region is 4 and I don't think 316 will be released in USA or Canada what is fucking shit. Anyway, I bought 316 from United Kingdon in HMV. Most of DVD players are multi region but it not many play PAL color system. So, if you want to buy it as I did, you will only be abel to see it in black and white.
