Do not buy this, a load of cack remixes as per usuual for NO fans.
Totally agree with the criticisms of 60mph single. It is their worst single to date. Why can nobody remix NO? Depeche Mode usually have a decent mix of all singles that the band at least agree to.

Why the fk are new order getting the supermen lovers to remix a single? THE FKING RECORD COMPANY

My my...Mikey. if only you knew the ANGER with which I hold for that fucking Record company - first they underpromote Get Ready, then don't bring it out on vinyl, costing it its chart position. Then said LP flops, disappearing after only three weeks on the album charts, then the fuckers postpone the release of 60 MPH for FOUR weeks instead of releasing it at the right time (when NO appeared on Later with Jools Holland - so at least it could've benefitted from some sort of promotional push), now they sneak it out with the worst song on the LP "Some One Like You" as a bonus set of pointless 12"s harbouring predictable shite remixes that you've heard a million times before.....fuck fuck fuck...I could go on forever.

Yes, They should NOT have issued 60MPH - let alone these stupid Fat Superman' s Knickers remixes - Close Range would have been better a choice. After that they should release NO more singles from the LP and just concentrate on getting that Chemicals track out as a new song (me suspects that will be too little too late at this rate.) Fucking record companies - they just hinder their artists, not help 'em.

Meanwhile, let's hold our collective breaths as 60MPH sinks without a trace, chartwise. Mark my words. Yes...London Warner Records truly are a bunch of tosspots. You and me should storm their London HQ and shoot the fucking bastards there and then. Twats.

WEA LONDON!! I've said it countless times B4 and I'll say it again: YOU SUCK RANCID PUPPY SHIT THROUGH A LONG THIN STRAW WITH HOLES - TO HELL WITH YOU ALL!!!!   :violent:

Totally agree with all comments.

When it gets to the point that NO fans don't even like the single package, what's the point in releasing it?

Once they signed to London, their singles have become less essential. Still like the art work though.

Just don't understand the point of the awful remixes. Who are they aimed at? They are not going to be played on the radio or in clubs cos there shit. The fans don't like them, (or does anybody?). I'd love to know what the band think of them.

Pete Tongs in charge of all the remixes as Londons A&R man for their dance scene..so blame him for them.

In fairness I thought the funk d'void mix was worthy if you give it a chance. I also personally liked the James Holden thing, but thats coz I'm a bit of a techno-head at the mo. I think I would be the 1 in a hundred who would like it.

As regards club play- I know a few onliners have heard them out and about in clubs, and I did notice in a top 10 club list in some of this months dance music mags.

My, my....all this talk about the new single...Never mind the quality, we Aussie fans here will just have to sit here and watch ...and hope it will get a release here...or it will be another expensive trip to import shops. Maybe I will only get to embrace it, smell the vinyl or sniff the polycarbonate and walk away...because it will be too damn pricey. Let's hope NO will be stacks load of these unsold singles, then when they drop in for Big Day Out..
