just wondered why did you put copies of the community album and ep on ebay?
was it just to sell the remaining cds?
incidently how many were sold?
or is it just to raise the profile of nool?
or am i just talking 
there is also someone from australia selling the album & ep on ebay,any ideas?

Indeed, I've not got off me arse to buy this yet so had a quick look, but seems the EP's available as a Buy It Now, but you have to bid if you want both? Is the full CD itself not gonna be available too on ebay, Nicos?
Al, hopefully I'll have a UK batch of both CDs soon to distribute, so will let you have these, a lot cheaper on postage etc, as soon as Wen sends them across the pond !
We just put a couple on ebay as another way to advertise the cd to people who don't visit NOOL. We probably won't sell both as a package online. We did put links to NOOL on those ebay pages in hopes that viewers will follow the link. So yes, we did it to raise the profile of NOOL.
The gentleman from Australia both a couple sets from me. Since he did buy them, he has every right to do as he wishes with them.
As tim mentioned, I wll be sending him a package soon for him to distribute and sell at gigs. I am also looking into selling them to independent music stores around the world. The Cds are now on amazon.com and hopefully hmv or amazon.co.uk will follow soon.
I just didn't get why the CDs are cheaper in Ebay than here...

I ordered both CDs from Amazon as my credit card rejected the PayPal transaction with Retroforward. They weren't shipped yet, though.
Amazon listed them on their site, but they weren't suppose to sell them yet. because they did not complete my application yet. I asked them why they listed it already before the application is complete, and they told me it's part of the process. So they should ship out your cds as soon as this process is done.

They shouldn't be cheaper on ebay, they should be the same price.

Actually, I'm the one trying to sell a few via EBay.
There are 3 auctions now.. 1 EP at 9.99$, one package at 35$ CDN (25$ USD), and 1 package at 20$ USD, but it's an auction, not a "buy it now"... I did that because I have hope it'll get to 25$, otherwise *I* assume the loss...
I'm trying something here ;)
The idea is to attrack people not from NOOL...
Since we're using PayPal, it's more or less the same.

Numbers will come later, right now it's impossible to tell who was from NOOL and who wasn't, because PayPal doesn't necessairly tells us! Mike is lost in the paperwork and shipping right now ;) I'd love to know as well, be patient.
But no worry, we have plently of copies left.. I must say I was expecting a little more sales from NOOL, did everybody get the latest NewsLetter? I'm starting to suspect this didn't work too well 
Right now we are trying to find new ways to sell outside of NOOL... but we have usually to charge higher then, because of the crazy fees they charge (or should I say, when you produce a small quantity, you sure can't fight with Warner and the others on the PRICE)....

I received the newsletter ok, nothing wrong with it. I suppose the Newsletter would be useful to persuade/remind non regulars to buy it but I'm really surprised that there appears to be a large number of regular NOOLs that haven't bought it yet. Whether your choices were picked or not (most of mine didn't make it), this is an initiative that needs to be supported by us all. No room for discussion ...:)
