Substance songs music structure!

Did any of you notice this website before? http://www.musicstructure.com/examples/artists/art\_56.html And is it that interesting or even understandable for musicians? And can someone explain me what it's about???

Seems to me that it's more oriented towards music-interested scientists than musicians. From what I can decode, the graphs are a way to identify structural similarities in a song (i.e., where the chorus is etc.). As the explaination says: "Time runs both horizontally and vertically. Low values (blue) indicate similarity, high values (red) indicate dissimilarity. Zero equals equivalence (zero distance). Repeated blue diagonal streaks, or repeated blue blocks, in a row or column indicate repeated material (such as a main theme, verse or chorus)."

Research like this may be useful when we want to indentify songs using computers. For example in applications like copy-protection and monitoring radio ratings (a'la Nielsen).

From an engineering point of view, it's interesting to read about how humans listen and interpret music. Search around for audio perception.
