He had fairly dark hair during JD (at least from all the video and photos I've seen) though it could have been naturally lighter. I'm pretty sure he's been dying it blond since '83, though. Hairdressors can tell these things....
I was watching Barney on "Star-Test" the other night, it shows you pictures at the start of the programme of when he was 6or7 he had fair hair with a touch of brown...Has that cleared this up?

Caroline it was 1991, Barney getting interviewed by that stupid fucking computer, it was on for 30 mins - he lied through most of it - fucking funny though
