I've heard dozens of dodgy "interpretations" (including a pan-pipe version of LWTUA) and DJ cut-ups of NO/JD stuff. The only two that cut the mustard is the afformentioned "Love Will Freak Us" with Missy Elliot and Grace Jones's She's Lost Control just cos it's quite surreal.
...and the funniest one is a live version from the finnish band ELÄKELÄISET, the title is 'Pottajenkka'...

u aint heard grace jones version of "shes lost control" pffff n pish and u call yerself a fan:D its actually very good,b side to "private life" i think which is a pretenders cover.
The only Grace Jones single i ever bought was "Slave To The Rhythm". I think i liked the video more than the song. btw, if anybody has an MP3 of her version of "She's Lost Control" i would love to hear it.
Thanx Clive for the Grace Jones sample, it's very different from JD's version, It's like she made the song her own, which makes it a great cover, and your response time in putting up the sample was amazing!

LWTUA must actually be one of the most covered songs ever.Swans,Bis,Paul Young (er hum..) the list is endless and there seems to be a new one pop up every 6 months or so.Swans cover is awesome.
