Funny.
You have Playstation 2, or the first Playstation? Then you've probably have heard of Metal Gear Solid -franchise? In this photo we have some random dude with japanese game designer Hideo Kojima, the main designer and director of Metal Gear Solid -games, wearing a very nice shirt:

There was a Neo Geo game called "Fatal Fury 3". In one of the scenerys, the name of an old western bar was Joy Division.
In a certain multi-million selling 007 title I've worked on, one of the gaffs you get to shoot up has a copy of Closer on a bedside cabinet.
Another game I wrote was sort of named after a New Order song as well (well half a NO song, half a film title)
Actually the special edition of Metal Gear Solid II, called Metal Gear Solid: Substance was named after the Joy Division compilation of the same name. He mentioned it in an interview.
