Real Media files - MPEG equivalents anyone?

I've got the following Real Media files. Nice though they are, I can't put them on a DVD as they stand. Does anyone know of a way to convert these to MPEG, or do they have these in MPEG format?

Theres a horribly complex command line tool called Tinra that can convert Realmedia to MPEG, but it needs RealPlayer installed to use it. And I must emphasis that it is *horribly* complex.
