I have been waiting 3 months for a T-shirt from them. http://www.bluecatstore.com

They are taking the p1ss now, so if you're thinking of ordering a shirt don't!!! 
Not sure I'll ever get it or my £15 back. Now if a certain album was released next month I'm sure i'd forget totally about this straight away (but i doubt it).
A lot of people have had trouble with them. I eventually got a refund off them after about 5 months of trying. They've got rid of the phone number (very convenient....), so just keep e-mailing them - but don't expect a reply! If you are lucky & do get one, they'll probably say they're having problems due to relocating, new computers & the other crap they were saying months ago.
I would be interested in if theyre still trading as their website now has some Factory Records t- shirts advertised.Not quite the 1990 Factory logo but nearly and above it there is the original logo of a factory.But they have also added a squigly line and a star which im not sure is all about 
.£16 in Red or Navy.Would like to order a navy but dont trust Bluecat to come up with the goods after what ive read on this site.

We contacted our credit card company, hope we'll get our money back. I'd really prefer that they would send our shirts, but charging my friends account (we're using his credit card), then 3 months, NOTHING, not even e-mail replies. Then they answered, one of shirts I wanted was not available anymore so I picked another. It was about two months ago, and I haven't received shirts, new e-mails or our money...

Some places won't ship when a mailing address is different from the user's credit card billing address.

This is (or should have been..) my second order from Bluecat. The first time around everything went fine, with my friend paying and all.
