Just thinking about this, what years have seen both a release from Joy Division AND New Order? Here's what I've got so far: 1981- New Order with Movement, JD with Still 1982- New Order Temptation, JD HATYM video 1983-New Order PCL, JD Love Will Tear Us Apart (re-release) 2001-New Order with Get Ready, JD Les Bains
Any other years I'm leaving out? (suffering a brain fart here, I know there's something I'm leaving out)

(BTW, answer to your poser in the "great lost bands" thread regarding Flaaaaad Aaap: Tim Dorney, former Keyboardist with the Cockney Baggies, went on to play for REPUBLICA (remember them?). Barry Mooncult (dancer with huge foam petal) opened a vegetable stall and became a buddhist. Liam Maher and his brother formed some other band and promptly disappeared without trace. And I think their drummer married Bilinda Butcher from My Bloody Valentine and gave her some kittens. Probably.)
Anyway. back to the present then......
