Yes, it's just a promo on clear vinyl....
The mixes are the ones that can be found elsewhere, and on Twisted Tenderness Deluxe.

Sure, but it's still a nice one! I was a very early adopter of this one when it came out...and I must say that at the time these mixes were pretty exclusive to this format. I was actually kinda bummed out when they were released everywhere else. 
But this is only one of them! (1 of 2)

VINYL is cool when protected by GREAT ARTWORK.This was a great single in a LOVELY SLEEVE when i purchased this ,a white covered one and some CD's in PLASTIC wallets.I spent a tidy sum at that time on all ELECTRONIC and have NO REGETS. Maybe, but you can scratch a vinyl, a tape will always get worst... a CD will always sound the same unless you REALLY mess it up.
However, I still don't get why nobody tried to do ROM cartridge that would look like a flash memory card containing albums... that would have been my format to replace a cd!!

...and I thought you weren't supposed to touch the cover either...unless you have white gloves on or its protected in a plastic sleeve...
I count my blessings that I destroyed my turntable over 10 years ago, and hence have saved my record collection.
