I just found me a copy [in minty fresh condition!] of the UK release, FAC 103- Thieves Like Us/Lonesome Tonight Promo 7". :thumb:

I'm pretty stoked about it. Is this a semi-rarity? First time I've ever seen it before. (Though I have seen it in the discography).

Did you find it at Mod Lang in Berkeley? That's where I picked mine up a few years ago.

Ive got the "Thieves Like Us/Lonesome Tonight 12'" and also the "Thieves Like Us/Murder 12", how did "Murder" become an a-side on FBN in France?

Regarding the TLU 7", I agree with Mick, 500 pressed to my knowledge.

As for Murder, I remember Wilson saying something along the lines that Factory Benelux was set up specifically to be an outlet for unusual stuff that didn't fit anywhere else. Murder was left over from the PCL sessions and I guess they thought it was good enough to release, so coupled it with the instrumental TLU that was also hanging around the place.

Quite right, that would be in poor taste.
