Isn't this a topic that's been already talked about on a previous thread, originated by the late/abducted Martin Gray? Not that i am not willing to give you a list though. Just hang on , i'm working on it.

Hey Marco, is the Unplugged Cure disc worth buying?

I've heard bits and pieces of the unplugged Cure cd, it's alright but not enough to make me seek it out (that and the fact that a significant chunk of the Cure's career is left out, from 1981-1984)

Yeah, i quite like the Cure-Unplugged CD. Some very nice versions of some songs who are not that unplugged compatible, just like "wrong number", "the walk" or "never enough" for instance. My favourites are "Lullaby" (great percussion by Boris Williams) and "Lovesong".

Been listening to Blonde on Blonde a little this week as well, it reminds me of the last relatiohsip I had (thus the "songs for the dumped" thread). There are just some songs on there that completely sum up my experiance with this one girl, it's comforting to hear it.

That first gig I list is incredible (and I got it from this website - hooray NewOrderOnline.com!). It has none of the exuberance of Joy Division, it's completely bleak... I've never heard anything like it...
