Now...I've yet to see/hear it. The Fox station here in the SF Bay Area is still in the 5th inning...so I'll not feel like I missed something!! 
The game is on CBS here in Boston, and Shellshock was not played. I've got Domino Dancing on my headphones right now, but I'm staying inside, considering I'm a mile away from Fenway park, and probably listening to Shellshock later.
The reason they played shellshock was due to the fact that the yankees were literally shellshocked at that point because just before the commercial break, Red Sox hit a grand slam.
damn now I can't think of the song we got in Boston going into the break at 8-1, whatever it was, it was taking a poke at the yanks.
