I bet that title cought your eye:) It isn't New Order but new manc artists are releasing a CD of manc music which includes New Order and Joy Division.

One of the bands even has Peter Hook playing bass... Coming to this right after reading the "Community 2?" thread, with all the deliberations about how to tackle the new project (if at all), I have the feeling this particular undertaking is pushing some of the right buttons. But the bands involved 'd better make sure their contributions are worth the while, or they will all sink like a stone.
Maybe, if Community 2 ever materializes, Peter Saville & Associates should be contacted for a cover design?
Sorry I didn't click on the link so I didn't see the connection. There are so many different CDs out with covers it is hard to keep track.
