Now, I know Wikipedia isn't the most reliable source in the world, but does anyone know any more about this? Sure would have been interesting, it's a shame it never came to be.

Genesis P.Bollocks lives up to his name with some of his rambles. He now claims that him and Curtis were great mates, that he was talking to Curtis every night before he died, and that Curtis was going to be collaborating with him. He's probably been on the dry-cleaning fluid too long.

I saw Psychic TV live just a few months ago. Great. But poor Genesis P. Orrige! - he altered his gender and became a woman. I guess he wanted to be up to his name - Genesis, but he didn't think well - and now there's no way back!
My best mate used to do the lighting for PTV in the 90's and got on quite well with Genesis as they toured around the UK. Yeah, as far as I can remember without confirmation from me mate he did know Curtis, as did Hooky. Hooky & Genesis used to get on very well too. And that came from Hooky. Not Mr Orridge.
Now however, not so sure.
Alien Bein and IC Water are just 2 of many tracks on that album that I played to death. S.M.I.L.E. was another one I used to love but my fave was Stick Insect! Loved them at Reading, Mean Fiddler, Subterrania & Zap Club.
I agree however, he is a bit strange... to say the least!

I think there was a connection between Curtis and GPO from early on. He was making a noise on the Manchester scene long before moving to London to set up Industrial Records and get Throbbing Gristle moving in the big leagues. The first time I met Hooky was at a PTV gig at the old Manchester International 2, I got introduced very casually: "Oh, by the way, this is my friend Peter..." I nearly wet meself!
And yes, Gen always had some "alternative" views on life - but there's no denying the music was fantastic! ;)
