Ok - on the US iTunes store, there's now this collection called "The Complete U2" ...and surprisingly enough. It actually is complete. Every remix, b-side, or edit released is on it.

The only stuff that I've noticed that's missing are a few soundtrack-only tracks...

So, do you think that there'd be any chance that something like that will show up for NO? I mean, that is kinda what Retro was supposed to originally be wasn't it?

...well I already know the answer really-> no chance in hell

but it'd be cool wouldn't it?

No,U2 are far bigger than NewOrder. The amount of stuff we cant get hold of (offically) is quite small really-2/3 discs at most. It could be a good idea to include some older stuff like Temptation 7",Run 2 12"mix etc as extra tracks on the forthcoming singles rather than 6 crap dance mixes.

Well what isn't officially availiable anymore?

Original Ceremony 7" & 12 " Temptation 7" Run 2 7" & 12 " MTO

Then there's a whole lot of b side remix like the BLT remix only availiable on the US BLT single.

Some of the other b sides icluding some of the newer ones are also reasonbly hard to get such as, Best & Marsh Player in the League, Such a Good Thing , Behind Closed Doors, then there's the Saville Soundtrack., and the Christmas Flexi

This list is just off the top of my head. This stuff alone would fill about 3 cds. Perhaps we should compile a list of stuff that is not officially availiable anymore.

...basically take a list of all their tracks that weren't on any of their albums, cross reference it w/ Retro, The Best of, and International

and there it is -> it's actually a pretty long list I'd imagine

...come to think of it, you shouldn't remove tracks that were featured on the compilations, b/c some have tracks where that's the only way to get it on cd...
