Best places to pick up soem of the older CD's?

In a typical noob to the forums type move I'm using my first post to ask for a favour...

I've just started encoding all my CD's to MP3 for ease of storage and it has reignited my love for New Order.

I've always considered them to be my favourite band but I tend to go away and come back to them, and have done over the years.

However, I'd quite like to get hold of some of the CD singles from the Technique era, are there any good sources or should I just assume they're completely unavailable?

In truth I'd be prepared to download high bitrate versions, but the odds of stumbling across NO stuff seems pretty low (as most people have no taste).

Thinking about it, an official download source for NO stuff with a modest charge would be a great idea for the band as so much of their stuff is rare..

Anyway, any top tips you have for me would be very much appreciated.

best place is like it or loathe it eBay! It depends what you`re after really? If you want actual releases,its your best bet. If you just want a CD-R im sure we could knock one up for you-not to make money from though,purely for aural pleasure!

To be honest, owning the actual discs doesn't bother me too much I just want to listen to the music (man!) :) I feel a bit cheeky just hitting you with a list though!

If you (or anyone else) would be prepared to do me a CDR I'd be very grateful, obviously I would cover postage costs and media costs.

In return, anything I have is offered in the same way, although I don't think I'll have anything that most other people on this board won't!

I can happily post a list of what I have, or is there a specific place I should do that in the forum?

Well my problem is twofold. I recently ditched my turntable so I can't buy the 12" stuff

So, I'm looking for CD copies. My immediate "want" is any of the Fine Time remixes.

I have Round & Remix, Run2 (from the Best of album) but not much else from the Technique era.

'Run 2' on 'The Best Of' ins't 'Run 2' - it's the original version from 'Technique' unfortunately!
