With or without words, I'll confide everything... post date: January 4th, 2005

Q / MOJO will be coming out with a special edition of their magazine, with "The Complete Depeche Mode Story". Scheduled to hit the newsstands on February 14th, this 148 page issue will feature Depeche Mode, along with David Bowie, Kraftwerk, New Order, and more. Below, you can click on the thumbnails to see larger versions of the front cover (supplied by the nice people over at Q / MOJO). Note that UK residents get the "Q" version, and overseas (including U.S.) residents get the "Mojo" version. Don't worry - It is the same magazine.

By the way, it seems there is a typo on the DM site because Q/Mojo saysthe actual release date of that issue is January 14th.

Humpf... the damn magazine is 9.99 pounds, so that makes about 23 dollars in canadian currency, and I guess it does not even comprise the shipping and handling.

That is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE just for a magazine, special edition or not!

I guess I'll just wait for it to appear in the news stands and find out whether it'll be more affordable. These magazines usually go out for about 15 dollars here, which is still 10 dollars more than a regular magazine. :(

Sebsy, if it comes out at the news stands, just nick it!!!

Teach those greedy bastards a thing or two about overcharging...10 pounds for a magazine seems a bit steep...unless it has special ORAL abilities... :wink:

Music magazines are usually £3.99 or so, depends on wheter you get a free CD or something. I'd not pay more than ten euros (£7) for a magazine.

This ain't a 'standard' monthly magazine, it's a 'special' - i.e. a one off load of old rehashed clippings and articles in one edition with a small amount of new shite in. Personally I'd knock £8.00 off for having the girlie knicker wetters Depeche Mode in, now where's my crack pipe?
