i worked on the fall doc. it's very amusing. seeing peel sessions recorded is great just to see mark e's vocals solo. obviously tried to get some JD/warsaw in there but only managed a kev cummins photo & a namecheck!

tony wilson's amusing & kept trying to bring every question round to JD, nice to see Mr Morley talking about something he really knows about & funny to see alan wise not introducing a band onstage... he seems a top bloke. anyway, self promotion bit over - just thought a lot of people here will possibly like it.

sounds good. Mark E was on the Cover of yesterdays Guide magazine (comes with the Guardian on Sats). Looks rough as buggery.

"And God Created Manchester" is also a nice thing to watch, but I believe that was done in 1998 or something... It's part of Rock Family Tree...

Still I'd love to have it to put online, the only copy I have have french overdubs on it ;)

Very intersting interview with MES in Sats paper.

Yes he does look ruff as fuck...but then he always has.

Loved the bit about him discharging himself from hospital after his recent accident as the drugs were not working on his delicate body;)

Great interview with Smith in last Sunday's Observer.

The interviewer met him in the bar of the Mal Maison - the most swanky Hotel in Mcr - and recorded the double takes of other guests as Smith cleared his throat and gobbed in an ash tray.

Only Smith.
