So we have a track listing, and a release date for most places except North America. At least I have seen a couple of sites that say that Reprise will release the album here, but I still haven't seen anything near "official". I remember just a year ago or so that all of warners labels went through a major "thining of the ranks" and that New Order were one of the bands listed that could be gone. Again, though, never heard one way or the other.

And second, I've seen many posts thinking this would be New Orders last album. Why? Seems in every article they say that they are all really happy together now. Of course this is the Order...so who really knows?

And lastly, did Hooks new side band Freebass disolve?

We have a working track list - don't expect to see those titles on the CD cover when it is released (which will be by Warners, London Records have gone).

As for it being the last album, we've been saying that for 20 years or so. Sooner or later though it will be, to paraphrase Ian McCulloch, nothing ever lasts forever.

There's probably just more legal crap and red tape they need to get out of the way before they can announce an official release day for the new album in North America. It will probably come out on a Tuesday in late march. Warner, if they are planning to release 3 singles, is going to want to make sure the album turns a few heads. But then again, who knows?
