Forget that Eamon and Frankie garbage that recently polluted the ears of some, how about some genuine JD/NO song pairs?

Heart and Soul was answered back by The Passage (can't remember the song name)

Sooner Than You Think was a reply (at least the title was) to The Smiths' How Soon Is Now

Inspiral Carpets' This Is How It Feels - was this a reply to Blue Monday?

Very by the Pet Shop Boys was released 4 months after Republic.

From the same two albums, you could pick New Order's "Young Offender" and Pet Shop Boy's "Young Offender". Let's see someone beat that!

Guess you're right.

Okay, Depeche Mode - Everything Counts and NO - Every little counts. Who can beat that?
