Well, there have been some interesting threads about first concerts, first albums, etc., and have seen some young folks, and old folks (like me). I think i'm one of the senior (by age only) members here, so if the rest of you are as bold as me give it a go...

I turned 40 in August

I'll keep a tally of the ages and see if we can get an average age of those who respond, maybe by next week sometime...or Christmas...or New Years ;)

Hey MITCH!! Don't think like that! BE PROUD! And just think :finger: for all the people accusing you of being a teenie bopper. Aging is just a matter of time, haha. IT's quite impressive that a guy like you is interested in music like New Order. Talking about good taste!

Just ignore all the ones that do not take you seriously!

Cheers mate.

The way I know it's old is that we talk about music in the office and people don't know who Joe Strummer is!!!!! Also we found a website that tells you the number one when you were born. There's mine which is Pretty Flamingo by Manfred Mann. There's others in the office which are Dancing Queen and Save Your Kisses for Me that I vividly remember!

After all, I started going to concerts in 84 and there are kids working now who weren't born then!!!!

My age cannot be disclosed for fear it would jepordise my very thin chances of winning the Pop Idol show.

:hat:

I'm more than 1, but far less than 99... somewhere near 50, but a way off 11.
