Hello, N.O. Fans from around the world. This is the first time i'm sending a message and i'm not very familiar with the whole process and the best way to do it (it seems easy though). Anyway... I'm sending this to give some info about Peter Hook's dj sets, that are taking place in Greece -as it is pointed out in 'Upcoming Events'- and specifficly the one in Patras (it's mispelled as 'Patrak') in March 18. .... Yes it's happening. After so many years of waiting here in Greece, we are going to see mr.Hook, in the flesh! Believing that New Order (and Joy Division of course) is probably the band that put the essence of MUSIC in the 80's and the future, the opportunity of meeting the Man behind the Music, is one of the greatest moments in my life (and many many others') I just can't wait for the day (and hopefully for a live gig someday) and that is something i wanted to share with everyone. March 18: Peter Hook will visit Patras first (19/3 Athens and 20/3 Thessaloniki) at "Steps" (that's the name of the club - confirmed)... and what a wonderful day that'll be!
Oh, by the way... Patras is the Cultural Capital Of Europe in 2006 - for those who are familiar with the term and the meaning of the institution 'CCoE'
