According to today's teletext (Channel 4 Page 351 /8) the release date for the NEXT New Order album is July 2006. It quotes Bernard as complaining that his life is so scheduled that he knows this is when the album is out. Seven track finished (as we know) except for some tinkering!

Its hard to belive 18 months ago the likelyhood of another album in doubt,but in 18 months from now we might we might of had two.

14-15 months between two albums doesn't sound too soon IMHO. I doubt a record company who thinks in months rather than years thinks otherwise.

doesnt sound right... the record company would never release a whole new "normal" album so soon, unless they planning something unusual (a mini album? a special edition double set with the other 7 songs to make fans pay for it twice? a half remix, half new leftover songs album?)
to be honest, you should be surprised to see another album before December, if that. if WFTSC does well, the record company doesnt want competition from a new album. if WFTSC does bad, the record company will be in no hurry to promote and release it
Ermm. PFD , It wont be before December.Its July NEXT YEAR that is being talked about and that sounds perfectly feasible as if its much later the songs would be somewhat old and wouldnt feel like a "new" album.
