The April ( yes April ) 2005 edition has a superb 18 page feature on JD / NO.

I picked up my copy from HMV today.

Whilst these things are always subjective, I personally believe it ain't a bad read.

Just thought I would let you all know.

Enjoy

Will keep ma eyes open for it at the weekend.

True Faith Roxy 87 Regret on Veronica's 83 Regret on TFI 98 and Tempatation CG 98 winging its way to you tonight mate. Forgot to add the Krafty video. Which is probably just as well, it's nearly as bad as the 1963 video:nonono:

This is really getting out of it... We all know that people spend too much time reminiscing about past events these days anyway, celebrating x-anniversary death dates a year after they've celebrated the y-anniversary birth dates of the same people. Now we observe the interesting novelty that a particular JD-related anniversary is being celebrated AHEAD of the real anniversary. I mean, just how many mags & rags appear this week/month with a special feature on Joy Division? Even with the cover date a month ahead of the actual publication date, all these publications are one month early!?

Which isn't to say that I won't be picking all of them up just the same (sad git). I'm sure the Mojo feature will be well up to snuff!

Picked it up this morning, fantastic! The full page ad for WFTSC is interesting,it doesn`t have the title or neworder at the top-just the N o in orange.

Wonder what the cover of the US edition of that will be, there've been times when they changed it to appeal to us on this side of the pond (i.e. Zappa over Lydon/Post-punk a couple of months ago). Am just reminded now to look for one of the first Uncut magazines with Ian on the cover, from 97 I believe.
