60 MPH Release In Australia

60 Miles Per Hour is on Rage tonight, which means we are looking at a monday release. About bloody time is all i have to say.

Thanks for the notice....I'm normally too lazy to check the ABC website. Let's hope the release is Monday....I intially thought 60mph will only be release in mid or late January to coincide with the tour.. Anyway, fingers crossed....

I saw it on rage by accident. I hadn't had a chance to see the rage playlist yet so i guess i was lucky.

Is it definitely being released on Monday?

Sorry to say this guys, but 60mph won't be released on Monday here - in fact there is no set release date at all. Check the WMA website, and have a look at Final Mix, the weekly releases bulletin - no mention of our heroes there. It's possible that they will hold off until NO start the Australian tour - not too sure of that though. Rage often play vids well before release dates, BTW - vids are put out well before singles to generate a 'buzz'. Good filclip, isn't it? CTD :cool:

On the home page of the Rage site its got a list of new release singles and it had 60mph on there. I don't know how true this is though.

Ahmad - the video is the new release, not the single. Record companies release videos well in advance of the sales release date to create a buzz for the song. Unfortunately, there appears to be no set release date for 60mph. Remeber, we were seeing the clip to Crystal for a few weeks before it was released also. Like I said earlier, it may be held off until they grace our shores with their presence. CTD :cool:

Thats true. I would of thought they would of released 60mph now to keep NO in the limelight to help promote their tour and then a third single when they come out, perhaps Turn My Way or Someone Like You.

Ahmad - I'll keep my ear to the ground on this one (as I'm sure you will). I'm sure the Aus faction of the NO-OL community will disseminate the news of the release date as soon as anyone hears (unless I'm totally misreading this forum). CTD :cool:
