Well, got the promo 12" already (white label affair with sticker).
Just ordered the 12" single, which should (hopefully) arrive tomorrow... :D
BTW, the video is on the CD single - according to scans of the CD single - has a white sticker stating the fact on the front!

Unfortunately not in a gold sleeve - must try and track that one down! :)
This one comes in a white record sleeve with a sticker in the middle, as below:

So, should I purchase the UK Krafty single, or wait for the US release, which won't happen till April, if at all. 
I don't want to duplicate my purchases if the US version will have all the remixes like Crystal did. What are other North American NO fans doing? 
Also, should I buy the UK version from Siren.com or HMV.com(UK) for chart purposes.

As I replied in the other thread, the only US release I got on the official list is a DIGITAL release tomorrow on iTunes and others... no CD.. I asked the question to Warner, I should have an answer to this soon.. (I hope so)
If you want it to be in the chart, better use HMV UK than SirenCD who is a US store, so it doesn't count.. or you can use the link on the front page to Amazon UK and help NewOrderOnline by doing it :D we get 4% off any sale!
I think it doesn't matter where you buy. The principle is a fact of buying it in the UK. If Sirendisc.com bought it over there to sell it here, then it already counted as sales of the single in the UK. :)
I wish I had known that Amazon.com would reduce the price like they eventually did with Krafty. Because by the time they did it I had already ordered it from Sirendisc.com. 
Well the official 12" has been available in HMV here in dublin all weekend - didnt see the cd's tho
Yes. I have them all. Single, Remixes and 12". Was at HMV in line with a load of presley freaks. How sad is that, says me!! Ness is going to be pleased. New Order all night on sky. Oh my god what a day!!;)

No it wont count unfortunately (you idiot!) they have to be bought from the likes of HMV or Virgin.
Hmm, unfortunately this is the case. But I dont think everybody should be expected to know what the chart return shops are or give flying fcuk where this gets to in the charts. I'd like it to do well, and have bought the two CDs and 12" at different times to support it.
Stereophonics new single 'Dakota' made top spot in the UK Charts yesterday, that's gotta give us some hope for Krafty to go top three. Just been into HMV and Mcfly also release a new single today, you gotta fancy them as favourites for next weeks #1.
Bought my two CDs from Woolies too! I can't believe that Woolworths aren't a chart return outlet. They used to be the second biggest record retailer in the UK.
I wonder how many units they'll shift in Rawtenstall? (Over and above the two I jyst bought that is.)
BTW, The McFly single is for this year's Comic Relief appeal so I think it's odds on for a Number 1. (Even though it is utterly appalling.)
I picked up the 2 track CD for £1.97 in Tesco, the 4 track & video CD in HMV for £2.99 and the 12" in Virgin for £2.99. Hopefully at least one of them will count towards the chart 
The mixes are pretty good, usually they have all traces of the Order removed from them, but these are immediately recognisable as Krafty by New Order. Would ahve still liked an original b-side :\ohwell:

Q3. How are the Official UK Charts compiled?
A. The Official UK Charts Company uses a sophisticated computer system that takes retail sales information from any UK store selling in excess of 100 pieces of audio or video per week (excluding garages and mail order clubs).
Over 5,600 retailers (including all the major high street chains, approximately 600 independent stores and a number on internet retailers) are linked to a central computer that reads the barcodes of every item as it is sold. These contributing outlets create the 'Universe' or 'Charts panel'.
The Official Chart returning stores cover 99% of the singles market, 95% of albums and 80% of the video market. Advanced weighting methodology is used to arrive at the total number of units sold. A number of security checks to detect sales irregularities are in place to ensure the Charts are a true reflection of the UK's most popular records.
The information is collected from Sunday to Saturday and the Official Chart is finalised between the close of business on Saturday for noon the following day. The first reveal of each new Official Chart is from 4pm on Sundays on BBC Radio 1. The Official UK Charts Company
I believe that will include Woolworths. Show me the evidence if it doesn't! (And I'll buy another two copies somewhere else:))
Also, there is nothing in the eligibility rules stating that multiple formats purchased at the same time must be counted as one sale.
