Best Radiohead album

CTD, I can understand where you're coming from but I get excited about the evolution that Radiohead has gone through in terms of their songwriting and arrangements. But I don't like the tin can juggling and gargling underwater symphonies myself. I really dig the guitar from I might be wrong. And the chord structure to "knives out". I know it's a simple progression but I can't help it. They've come a long way from the three chords of "creep."
And props for catching up with old posts, most of the time I can't remember where I've been ranting.

Sorry - have been away for quite some time, so I've just seen your response. Yeah, I play guitar, and yeah, maybe I've been a bit rash in my assessment of "Amnesiac" (NO!! me? rash and dismissive?). I will say that Radiohead do (to the average fan such as myself) appear to have had trouble coming up with the goods post-OK Computer, and therefore have pumped out some avant-garde stuff instead, which is by definition difficult to critique.
There are some good tracks on Kid A, and to a lesser extent Amnesiac, but none that excite me as much as say "My Iron Lung", "Airbag" or "Just" in terms of gotta-go-get-my-guitar. Just an opinion, but an honest one.
