Total crap. The singer even cocks up the words. :nono:

Not sure about this one. I guess he is trying to make it an original cover, but not what i expected from Moby.

I won't go as far to say it's crap, I think i will just describe it as boring.

I have no problem with this cover. Yes, I'm a bit underwhelmed by it, but it's not a cheap carbon copy like so many covers are. Plus, IMO Tempation is about as close to perfect as a song can get - where do you go from there?

So.. a little boring, yes. But I at least feel that Mr. Moby is showing some respect for the track by giving a different interpretation.

I love it....its a cover version not a replica!!!!!does it matter if they changed the words slightly?...its good to hear a new version of a classic song and this is a great chillout version

Has anyone seen Robbie Williams' cover of Suspicious Minds on the Jools Holland DVD?

THAT'S getting the words wrong. Good though. I don't mind it because I am not a fan of Elvis. If it was one of my favourite songs I'd probably be furious.

Not heard Moby's Temptation though. Is it a single?

Isnt that part of what is good about temptation? Bernard Sumner cocking up the words? :evil4:

well, at least you can't blame Moby (and i would like to blame that wanker if i could)for ripping off "Temptation" to promote himself and to try to get a hit single, more exposure to feed his overexposed ego... which was what i was afraid of

that said, having hear it a coupla of times, i don't get his remake... s'possed to be a "chillout" version... her vocals don't really carry the tune and provide enough emotion, sort of a failed attempt IMO. does it get any airplay of chillout club play anywhere?

Don't like Moby much, trying to get into all the rock act, what was he before? just some harmony singer like!? now all of a sudden goes all rock, stick to your true self mate, don't try and be something your not.

Guess you could say "what's wrong with trying other things" though.
