NO's influence in career

It seems to me that NO are influencial in many areas, I have been influenced in all the above areas but my career is I.T.

I was initialy into the music and got my first computer to run sequence software, but then realised I was a shite musician so got into I.T.

I thought it would be interesting to know if I'm the only idiot who takes their influence so seriously or if anyone else feels the same.

Since I've increased my knowledge about them I've always had a "Factory" attitude... New Order influence me on everything and it's just natural, I don't have to make any effort, it's more me finding in them some similar view of life to mine than trying to make my attitude conform to theirs... Anyway music of course, my bass playing was heavily influenced by Hooky, and the whole music I composed... but also the amateurish web design I can do... my way to behave, dress, everything...

i throw NO/JD references into my writing now and then.
