They have a feature on NME's website that is about youg bands influenced by New Order and Joy Division.

I've heared a few of those bands, the most memorable for me is the Performance who I saw live supporting the Bravery in Manchester last october.

As soon as I saw them I instantly thought he is copying Ian Curtis (the lead singer), he just had a stark look of him, then came the music, which is probably the nearest thing to New Order I have ever heared other than them, it is their own music but it sounded like classic New Order. All very early 80's synth wave in their sound.

They were very impressive and one of the best support acts I have ever seen, I had a breif chat with the lead singer after their slot and I asked about Ian Curtis, he said that Joy Division were a major influence (funny how they sold like New Order then). I also had a breif chat about Kraftwerk.

I have been following this band for a while now, and I think they could make it big, especialy since the Bravery where very small when I last saw them, now look how big they are (at least in the UK).

Edited just to saw, apparantly the Kieser Cheifs and Bloc Party are massive New Order fans, have a look at the Bloc Party's album cover, it reminds me very much of the 12" Attomsphere/She's Lost Control from 1980.
