I was watching the Rock Around The Clock perfomance from 84 again the other night, and noticed for the first time that he's got the lyrics propped up infront of him on a music stand, a la Stipe.
His Holiness the Poop wrote: "The autocue, in its early forms, first appeared in 1932."
You're right, I should have stuck this question in the Behind Closed Doors forum because it's nothing to do with New Order.
