Vanishing Point

Right, where do I start.

...In about a couple of hours I break up for a couple of weeks Holidays. When I get back to work in the new year, I'm no longer gonna post on this board. The reason being it's turned me into a right lazy sod, and in honesty I can't afford to be. I find it too addictive to just post once or twice in a day, so I've decided to give it the boot altogether.

Therefore I've sort of posted a load of shit today so I can tie this with my 1000 post bollox...not as though I care in the slightest about how many posts I've made but it rounds it up nicely.

A special 'shout out' to the guys and gals that post mainly on weekday afternoons - most of who I notice don't post half as much as they used to, Huntsy (I still don't know what the fuck your on about most of the time), Buster, Hank, Liv, Tabsy, Muffy (you d'man), Patty, Facsy and Allen ( I'm not at Turnmills tonight unfortunately). Shugsy as well despite the fact I'm never on line when you are (even though you called me a 12 year old girl - git).

Cheers to everyone else as well - despite the fact I've probably argued with you about something at some point (I'm an argumentative little shit and this board has proved that to me)

I will occasionally post from home..but for now see ya's + a very Merry Christmas to you all.

Well I for one will miss your input, even if you just manage to cut down your postings, we'll see what happens in the New year, but I know to well what you mean about the lazyitis. Hope you stay in touch even it's just from home, I liked your posts when you were pissed and thought to myself, it's a good job he's usually around first in the morning to edit/delete them.

You know, people never keep their New Year's resolutions. :) Sebbsy, I know what you mean, I started posting right about the time when I was supposed to be studying for finals. If there were pictures of naked women here I would never leave! So good luck getting done what you need to and do come back! Happy Holidays

I'm not planning to depart or go silent, Iain. Actually I consider this place as a form of therapy that is well worth the price in terms of time spent.

I say, all this "disappearing" business amongst our beloved onliner colleagues once they're hovering around the 1000 posts mark seems to be getting rather addictive. It is kinda strange whichever way you all look at it don't you feel? Could it definitely be something in the air?

I blame myself for starting this trend actually - I mean 'strue isn't it??.

I, too, hope Seb comes back after a breather likewise - we can't all keep our word. I know I don't seem to much these days. ( ;) )
