Beatrix Kiddo wrote: "her here" well, it's not that hard for me to say it

What I meant was perhaps he thought it would sound jarring.

P, could you use another word for "jarring", please, just to make it more easier for me to understand?

Awkward. "Her" and "here" are so similar.

Thanks, P, I understand now. :)

Any time, M. What do you think of my possible explanation?

I agree "The Sirens" or perhaps "The Sirens' call" is a name of a ship, the same one bringing something to Barney. "The Sirens' call" - is it a good name for a ship anyway?

I think under this view the "call" would be the arrival of the ship.

Exactly my thoughts, P. :)

In english ships are female, hence "her".

Beatrix Kiddo wrote: Ladies and gentlemen, in WFTSC Barney is actually referring to one siren only, although the name of the album doesn't say so, therefore he sings: Waiting for the siren's call, I've never seen HER here before.

Take a listen and judge yourself. :thumb:

He sings I never seen it here before IMO

Yes, yes, you are absolutely right. ;) I figured it out after couple of listening to that line only. I think we all know the lyrics by now, still I find it was very amusing trying to get them right. :)

By "we," I hope you don't mean Barney as well. ;)

The first 2 times I listened to Who's Joe, I thought it was "hey, Joe, what you're doing? It seems like kids are going wild"

So any change I might have missed?

I think it's time to unstick this monster... but I want to make sure I didn't forget anything...

Yeah but it's sirens', so it should more more than one her...

Again with the apostrophe ;)

I think M and I discussed this point, Nic. My theory is that the name of the ship is "The Sirens." So it's a single ship with a plural name.

In WFTSC "I've never seen IT here before" not HER. M and I agreed on this.

Definitely IT.

DRACULA'S CASTLE : You forgot to add You're in control (Don't break my heart)

and Left me alone (In the dark)

Too late. Chant already did it! ;) Haven't read all the pages, eh?

Of course I did ! That's why I noticed that these words are not added in the lyrics that you can find in the "song browser" of this site...

And I've just noticed that Spotnick forgot also in "Guilt"

It is wild and it can't be caught instead of "cought"

We now have quite a few corrections to Run Wild - here or separate thread?

Heres the correct lyrics to

Working Overtime

Who’s that over there Looks like he don’t care Almost lost his mind Too much working overtime

Gotta get out every night (Wheres's my autocue?) Gotta get away from here Take that car and push that gear

{unintelligible) He’s the rising sun {unintelligible) Got no time to break down here

Hey

He’s going nowhere fast {unintelligible) All alone, by his self He don’t need nobody else

Walking down the street So much going on People everywhere {unintelligible)

See that world out there Make it go away You can’t change his mind (Where's my autocue?)

Hey Overtime Hey Overtime Hey Overtime Hey Overtime {unintelligible) Overtime Overtime Overtime Overtime

{unintelligible) In trouble all the time Where did it all go wrong House music all night long

All those girls out there Looking for the one {unintelligible) Could they just be having fun

He did all he could (unintelligible) {unintelligible) Too much working overtime

Hey Overtime Hey Overtime Hey Overtime Hey Overtime Hey Overtime Overtime Overtime Overtime
