You know what's great is that I think most people will be happy no matter the outcome.
Although I think Guilt shoulda made it to the top three at least

Turn without question. Great verse, bridge and chorus. A top tune but one that would have stuck out like a sore thumb on Technique. I dont think any NO songs would have fitted on technique period. WFTSC is a good song but I HATE the overlaping verse and chorus. Really wished they had done a fill or something instead. Also the keyboard on this track sounds a bit casio-ish and its a bit bland and repetitive. Turn woudl be great live.
Guilt should have won; these two tracks are substandard compared to GIAUE and Morning Night and Day
Turn is the survivor. WFTSC is good, but not up to Turn's quality. It's faster, catchy, great guitaring and decent lyrics. ![]()

What is not classic on WFTSC? It´s the most classic NO-song on the album!

i really dont see how turn could win over wftsc. Turn in my opinion kinda bland. The songwriting on wftsc just not compare to turn. Turn is from the book of cliches.

You've just answered yer own question, it's all down to personal opinion. And to be perfectly honest I'd put Road To Ruin as my second favourite with WFTSC 3rd![]()

*Ah, Nanne, those Muijs in your avatar!!! How I miss them!!! When my dad was still alive we went to visit our relatives much more often and I'd always bring back home all the Muijs I can!!! It's so delicious, I'm planning an import businness for Italy, it'll be a huge success... those pills are better than Extasy! ;) Anyway I voted the title track because it's more New Order and the verse is so wonderful, Turn is also great, but sounds a bit more generic alternative rock for the American target. It's true though, as Ben says the two safest choices are contending the victory, the most different songs like I Told You So have been underrated, so don't complain New Order aren't groundbreakingly innovative anymore at 50 if you then prefere the safest songs...
With Joe gone it's Turn's turn to walk the plank. One of the blander songs on the album. Siren's call to win in a battle of the also rans.
Well, at least it's close.
My two favorites so my heart isn't completely bleeding.
How you been P?
So it's time to close this, the winner is the title track by 5 votes.
I must admit it's been one of the closest votes we had in those Survivor...
