this announcement.....was that I have been in negotiations for a few weeks with a major London venue with regard to getting a monthly "Factory club"-style night, which has bands, DJs etc, with me promoting. The plan was to invite Hooky or Bernard to open the first night as celebrity DJ. I had been promised a decision on the funding of this venture by last Wednesday, unfortunately the bank manager is on sick leave, which is why I haven't been able to say any more.
Not revealing which club it is yet in case it doesn't all go to plan, but if it does come off we will have a ready-made party night whenever we want one, in the centre of town!
